The problem with fixed-size travel pillows

Most travel pillows are made with one circumference in mind. That works for some travellers. For everyone else, the pillow either gaps open and provides little support, or presses too tightly against the throat and becomes uncomfortable within minutes. This isn't a quality issue – it's a design limitation that comes from assuming all users share the same neck size.

We took a different approach. Instead of a fixed closure, we built the entire fastening system around adjustability. The result is a pillow that fits a wide range of neck sizes without requiring separate SKUs.

 

JB-2390B is an adjustable memory foam neck pillow developed for travel accessory brands, online retailers and private label buyers.

Unlike standard U-shaped pillows with fixed openings, this model uses an adjustable hook-and-loop structure, allowing users to change the fit according to their preference.

The pillow combines a 60D memory foam core, breathable fabric cover and foldable travel structure. It is suitable for airlines, travel retailers, e-commerce sellers and promotional programs.

 

The shape that prevents crooked neck

The contour wraps around the neck in three directions – left, right, and back. The raised side wings prevent the head from tilting sideways, while the front curve supports the chin and stops it from dropping forward. The central area has a slight dip that cradles the back of the head naturally.

When these three zones work together, the head stays stable even during turbulence or bumpy road conditions. Users wake up with less stiffness because the neck muscles haven't been working to hold the head in position.

 

What makes it portable

A built-in hanging hook sets this pillow apart from most travel pillows. Fold it in three quick steps, and you can hang it directly on a backpack or suitcase handle. No storage bag required, no need to open the main compartment.
