We designed this pillow after talking to regular travellers who told us the same thing: they already carry an eye mask and earplugs, but those items get lost in the bottom of their bag, and they spend five minutes digging for them every time they need to rest. We thought, why not give them a dedicated place to keep those things together with the pillow?

So we added a small side storage pocket. It's simple, it's practical, and it's surprisingly popular.

 

The U-shape is designed to prevent head tilting. The side flanges are slightly wider than standard travel pillows, which means they fill the gap between your neck and the seat back more effectively. When you lean sideways, the pillow catches you. When you lean forward, the curved front section provides support that most basic U-pillows don't offer.

Material Details

• Foam Core: The foam core is 60D high-density memory foam with a rebound time that's calibrated for travel use – slow enough to mould to the neck, responsive enough to spring back when you're done. It holds its shape through repeated rolling and compression, which matters for both the traveller who uses it daily and the retailer who stores it on a shelf.

• Outer Cover:

  Air cotton – lightweight and breathable

  We chose air cotton for the outer cover. It's a lightweight, stretchable textile that breathes well – important for warm cabins and long journeys where sweat buildup becomes a comfort issue. It feels soft against the skin and doesn't cause friction against the jaw or cheek.

  The cover is fully removable via a hidden zipper and goes straight into the washing machine. For hotels, airlines, and rental services, this makes turnover between users straightforward. For e-commerce sellers, it's a feature that translates into good reviews.

Packaging Options

Every pillow comes with a matching drawstring storage pouch. When you roll the pillow up, it compresses to about 16 centimetres per side – small enough to fit into most carry-on bags without occupying useful space.

And because the pouch is included, your customers don't need to buy a separate storage solution. It also serves as a secondary branding surface – we can print your logo or design on the pouch as part of the customisation package.
